1 All new clients are strongly advised to take advantage of the free user orientation and training provided when an organization initially purchases MissionAssist. These orientations are usually done via phone, can include as many client staff members as feasible, and are scheduled based on client convenience. Due to the technical nature of these orientations, each session is limited to between 60 and 90 minutes in length. Since MissionAssist is highly intuitive in nature, most clients are up and running comfortably after only one or two sessions. However, additional sessions for a particular client are available as the situation warrants.
